What You’ll Be Doing
As an Operations Consultant (Middle Office Operations), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth trade lifecycle management for equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investment products. This position demands accuracy, agility, and a deep understanding of financial instruments and operational workflows.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Trade booking, confirmation, settlement, and investor allocations across global markets
- Managing pre-matching and settlement processes for equities and fixed income (EMEA markets, including Sukuks & Murabaha)
- Understanding and handling SWIFT messages (MT-103, 202, 210, 300)
- Middle office functions such as P&L analysis, FX transfer calculations, and funding projections
- Processing non-automated OTC derivative transactions and related cash movements
- Cash and position reconciliations with custodians, counterparties, and prime brokers
- Assessing risk, funding needs, and portfolio exposures across diverse asset classes
- Ensuring timely resolution of breaks and maintaining high service standards
- Preparing daily reports and collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a seasoned finance professional with a global mindset and excellent operational skills.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–7 years’ experience in Financial Services with exposure to operations or P&L reporting
- Professional designations like CFA or CPA are a strong asset
- Proficiency in SWIFT Payments and treasury operations
- Solid product knowledge in domestic, global, and OTC security markets, fixed income, and derivatives
- Strong understanding of calculations like NAV, FX, Market Value, and Cost
- Experience with financial platforms like Geneva, APX, Enfusion, Investran, Broadridge, Moxy, Tradex
- Willingness to work in global shift environments and relocate on-site to Saudi Arabia
