What You’ll Be Doing
Working on a 7/7 day and night residential roster, you’ll be an essential part of the production process, safely transporting ore and waste across site locations. You’ll drive CAT 793 and 777 haul trucks, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a values-driven environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating large haul trucks in open-pit conditions
- Supporting excavation and loading operations with PC 8000s and loaders
- Driving safely across various mining zones and stockpile areas
- Participating in truck training and familiarisation activities
- Following strict safety and environmental protocols

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum requirements:
- A current manual “C” Class WA Driver’s Licence
- Residence in the Goldfields region (this is a residential role)
- Physically fit and able to work 12-hour shifts
- Great communication skills and eagerness to learn
Nice to have:
- Prior mining or haul truck experience
- Awareness of safety standards and teamwork culture
- Valid police clearance and ability to pass a medical
