You’ll be a key player behind the scenes, ensuring parcels and mail are sorted and delivered efficiently across the country.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this active, full-time shift-based position, you’ll work with a friendly, focused team to process and sort parcels and letters to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Your key tasks include:
- Sorting standard letters, large letters, small parcels, and Express Post items
- Loading and unloading mail manually from containers and cages
- Using pallet jacks, stackers, and processing equipment safely
- Identifying items not suitable for machine sorting and handling manually
- Cooperating with staff and maintaining flow across processing lines

What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are physically fit and able to regularly lift up to 16kgs
- Have strong attention to detail and a reliable memory
- Are comfortable working shifts and additional hours when required
- Have experience using pallet jacks or stackers (advantageous, not mandatory)
- Value teamwork and contributing to a community-driven service
